Under a traditional D&O policy there are three applicable clauses:

• Side-A; or 'non-indemnified'
• Side-B; or 'indemnified'
• Side-C; 'entity securities coverage' (Namely for Public Listed Companies)

Geo Europe offers a more extensive coverage for individual directors and officers under a Broad Form Side-A DIC (Difference in Conditions) which fills the gaps in coverage under the traditional policy. Key coverage includes:

• Excess Cover for non-indemnifiable loss in case of any Claim and any Pre-Claim Inquiry Follow Form with full drop down in any DIC Event
• Policy Access Costs (additional limit above the Limit of Liability)
• Extended reporting period: Retired Insured Persons - 6 years at no additional premium
• Extended reporting period: Company Bankruptcy - 6 years at no additional premium
• Estates/Spousal Coverage
• Side-A Excess and Lead DIC policy will not follow much of the exclusions of the Followed Policy
