Mandy has an impressive 20 years of experience in the marine industry. A decade of which was dedicated to leisure underwriting. 

But there's more, Mandy holds a highly coveted RYA Powerboat Level 2 qualification. She's not just a seasoned professional, but also a certified expert on the open waters! 

Richard Kathrens -  Leisure Underwriting & Development Manager 

Richard has worked in insurance industry for nearly 20 years. He began his journey as a customer service expert at a broker focused on leisure insurance, where he crossed paths with Jackie and Vicky. With a strong foundation in leisure, Rich has since climbed the ranks to become our esteemed development manager. 

Outside of the office, Rich's passion for water sports shines through as he loves to hit the waves on his jet ski whenever he gets the chance. 

Chris Brindley - Senior Underwriter Marine & Leisure 

As a seasoned professional in the world of marine insurance, Chris brings 14 years of valuable experience to the table. His expertise has been honed through years of hard work alongside Mandy. But Chris's passion for the water doesn't stop there. In fact, he has also dabbled in the leisure side of things, proving his versatility and adaptability. 

In his free time can find Chris gliding through the River Avon with a paddle in hand, fully immersed in his love for Dragon Boat Racing. 

Jackie Williams - Marine & Leisure Underwriter 

For over three decades, Jackie has been immersed in the dynamic world of general insurance. With an impressive 25 years of experience in the leisure sector and 10 years in marine underwriting, she is a true veteran in the industry. 

From Touring Caravans to Leisure Homes, EU & UK Holiday Homes to Park Homes, Jackie's expertise knows no bounds. 

Vicky Rudd - Marine & Leisure Underwriter 

Vicky has been honing her skills since 2002, under the guidance of our very own Jackie. She has climbed the ladder of success, taking on a business development role in 2011. However, due to a restructuring, she temporarily switched gears to handle Golf Insurance. 

But now, she's back in her element, handling leisure and marine underwriting for almost a year. And she's never been happier! 

Irena Hatfield -  Broker Support Marine & Leisure 

Irena has been in insurance for 14 years. She is a cornerstone of our team. Her extensive knowledge and experience in the insurance industry have been invaluable to our success. 

While her expertise lies in accounts, she goes above and beyond in supporting the entire team on a daily basis. We don’t know where we would be without her.
