At Geo we provide specialist expertise to handle claims

We operate in a number of highly technical areas where knowledge and experience are critical to providing excellent customer outcomes. Our dedicated ring-fenced Claims specialists ensure that Claims are handled effectively and in a timely manner. 

We provide in-house Claims support across a number of our specialist pillars to include Agriculture, Protection and Marine and Leisure. We also work with carefully selected and closely monitored claims service providers in our Specialist Commercial pillar. 

Our Claims Director and all of our Technical Claims Managers are hugely experienced and are present to support insurers, brokers and policyholders at the most critical point of any insurance transaction – the delivery of the insurance promise at the point of claim.

We have a deep in-house understanding of our markets and work with the relevant parties to resolve claims.  

In addition, we work with our specialist supply chain to support claims fulfilment. They are hand-picked for their knowledge within the markets they operate in.
